• Biomechanical Mobility and Gait analysis and retraining 

• Mobility aid assessment prescription and progression

• Complex Movement Retraining including; swimming, running, stairs, cycling and variable terrain and agility training.  

• Hydrotherapy rehabilitation, strengthening, pain and flexibility 

• Orthopaedic Rehabilitation and Musculoskeletal Manual Therapy

Case Management

 

Integral Health Support provides case management services that are holistic, collaborative, proactive and focus on continuity of care and participant empowerment.

 

Case Management will be client centred with transparent and client driven rehabilitation strategies.  Case Management will also include and support the people that support the client in their recovery, ensuring an inclusive client focused rehabilitation and recovery.

 

Integral Health Support provides Case Management services for LTC, CTP, Workcover and iCare participants.

Service coverage includes the Greater Newcastle region and extends to the Mid, Central and North Coast of NSW.
